  • Eric Hanna

    Head Coach

Head Coach Eric Hanna – an athlete all his life, from wrestling, track, baseball, football and cross country, Eric was always interested in trying something new.  Lucky for us, Eric’s wife made him attend a local CrossFit gym’s free Saturday class, and the rest is history!  After attaining his level 1 certificate, Eric was hooked and became passionate about coaching, Olympic lifting, and helping others achieve the success they want through fitness.

Eric enjoys the friendship and relationships that build over time, and loves being the person that people come to with questions about health, fitness or life in general.  For Eric, turning someone’s day around makes coaching so worthwhile and meaningful.

  • Floyd Croka

No stranger to physical activity, Floyd grew up with football, basketball, soccer, track, wrestling, and baseball. His football skills were so extraordinary that he received multiple offers to compete at a collegiate level from schools like University of Michigan, Boston College, and the University of South Florida. But in 2012, his interest shifted from the gridiron to the barbell.

After catching the CrossFit Games on TV, Floyd was fascinated by the athletes and the events. “I began following the CrossFit main site workouts and getting in ‘shape.’ I knew then and there it would be a part of my life forever; so I pursued the CrossFit Level 1 certification and here I am now!” As a coach, Floyd is passionate about giving back to the community that helped him grow into the man that he is today.

An impressive athlete with a resume to match, Luke’s background includes state and regional championship football as well as track in the 4×100 meter relay. “I’ve always wanted to be involved with fitness. Before starting CrossFit, I was thinking about becoming a personal trainer. Once I joined a box and began the program, I knew this was the path I wanted to go down.”

“I am passionate about fitness. I try to eat as healthy as I can and make the most out of my workouts. God gave you one body to live with, so you should take the best care of it. There are no do-overs.”
