An impressive athlete with a resume to match, Luke’s background includes state and regional championship football as well as track in the 4×100 meter relay. “I’ve always wanted to be involved with fitness. Before starting CrossFit, I was thinking about becoming a personal trainer. Once I joined a box and began the program, I knew this was the path I wanted to go down.”

“I am passionate about fitness. I try to eat as healthy as I can and make the most out of my workouts. God gave you one body to live with, so you should take the best care of it. There are no do-overs.”
