This 6-Week Challenge is designed to kick start your personal fitness goals under a supervised fitness environment, with experienced coaches.
- Initial fitness evaluation
- Personal goal consultation
- Workout up to 4x’s a week (Monday-Friday @6:00am or 6:00pm)
- Diet strategy + tips and tricks
- Private Facebook group that will have weekly posts to guide you throughout the 6-Weeks

Cost: $175 for full access throughout the 6-Weeks + CrossFit membership discounts if you complete your goals!
